Nancy Shows us the types of Green Tea
Our cute & very funny hostess showed us the various quality levels of the Dragon Well tea. She referred to them as Daughter's Tea (best), Daughter-In-Law tea (next best), and Mother-In-Law tea (lower quality). You could see the tea color go from light green to darker green as you went from best to lowest quality. Nancy mentioned the shelf-life of tea kept in a freezer can be years, but even tea kept in a sealed container can last for 18 months.
